Collection Of Bed covers

The project focused primarily on developing designs for a collection of bed covers. The collections were done by the technique of rotary screen printing. The first collection was for a German buyer. The themes were provided by the buyer - Typography, Love, Fun and Pastels. The second collection was for the company itself, based on the theme Florals.

Four different mood-boards were put together after conducting a market study to understand what the company was looking for. Forms, shapes, colours, and motifs were extracted from the images on the moodboards and then simplified, scaled, composed, etc. Using different aspects of typography like fonts, calligraphy, graffiti, newspapers etc. explorations were made.
