The objective was to define the identity of the brand in domestic market and to develop and launch Diwali towel gift collections. The project primarily focused on developing and offering a unique gifting experience through in-depth market and user analysis.The design methodology adopted was a culmination of the industrial process, market and trend research, brand identity, research analysis and explorations. Two collections were taken forward, developed and launched:
(i) ‘ARCHKING,’ a towel gift set, inspired by architecture of Indian palaces. Jaali motifs and patterns were explored and simplified. Jacquard towel designs were developed using various techniques following the theme and concept of jaali patterns.
(ii) ‘AROMA,’ inspired by the love for fragrances; derived from the experience of aroma products during the festive season. Lavender and sandalwood fragrances were offered. Packaging print designs and fragrance dobby textured towels were developed to showcase an overall experience.
