Exhibition Design is a synthesis of multiple design disciplines that come together to communicate objects, information and ideas across a range of three-dimensional environments. Simply understood, it means communication and story-telling through environmental experiences that inform, entertain, and inspire.
The aim of the discipline is to equip students with an understanding of planning of built or open spaces to provide an appropriate environment for communication and to create a contextual experience that supports communication and interpretation of ideas to audiences by creating a multimodal, multisensory experience.
