Creative Cloud Mobile App
The primary focus in this project was to take an existing product, workflow or an emerging idea and to re-imagine it, rethink and reinvent for the users of tomorrow. The scope of the project involved examining various Adobe products and solutions. After identifying and understanding their features, Adobe team expected a vision for the future of Creative Cloud.
Understanding the context of work in depth, researching, creating quick mock-ups and prototypes, moving finally to design execution of the interfaces was emphasised. User Experience Maps really helped; implying the observation of the user experience and the representation of that experience through its touchpoints.
Research showed a gap in usability and support services of the software, which resulted into a mobile application that would connect customers with Adobe. Ideas were pitched across all the opportunity verticals, the ones that resonated with the company’s vision were prototyped to enthuse other stakeholders.
