Communication Design for Decathlon NOIDA
The goal of the project was to get maximum footfalls for the sponsor’s store. The target was to work towards its successful opening, understanding the brand and how it functions.
The initial phase involved creating hoardings, flyers, standees. The second phase was to look at the existing communications, in and around the store, and come out with a better way of creating experience for the customers.
The process was a trial and error method as the workplace is highly dynamic and is constantly under change, improvising every day. The process was an unconventional one, including vigorous production and execution of ideas to test and verify the strategies. Communication was refined after research, study and understanding.
