Branding for a Landscape Architecture Firm
This branding project was done with a communication design studio in Germany, for a landscape architecture bureau. The initial challenge was to understand and inculcate not only the style of the design studio, but also understand German design in general. With a shift in culture and context, it was necessary to create something in harmony with the new context. To develop an understanding and create a unique identity, and placing the client appropriately in the market, four values were identified on the basis of the unique qualities that reflected from the work of the bureau of Prof. Stötzer and an overall analysis of the qualities of competitive bureaus.
The final deliverables included the corporate design identity, stationery and website. The final deliverables present a design idea, that is minimal and contained and yet can be used independently as the face of the landscape architecture bureau.
