The story revolves around a boy, Mano. While returning from school, daily, he secretly goes to a neighbour’s house to watch TV. He is so mesmerised that he completely forgets it is getting late. The film is basically about his wish for a personal TV and whether he manages to have it come true.

As the story of the film is set in 90’s, appropriate treatment was provided. Moving away from the usual, it was shot in 4:3 ratio. The aim was to let the audience have a chance to travel back to those times and create a sense of nostalgia. One also made use of a few other technical standards like zooming in and out instead of tracking; besides keeping most of the shots static with minimal panning and tilting. Inspiration was drawn in terms of visual treatment from the works of late film-maker Balu Mahendra and director Visu.
