The design process involved understanding & analysis of brief, research, observation, visits & interaction, focused group discussions, documentation, report making, brief alteration, ideation and conceptualising, data validation, modification, concept tweaking, design refinement and technical drawings. Design development included innovation and interactive solution of POSM (Point of Sale Material), identifying new spaces for display; ensuring device is easy to assemble and stands out; ensuring materials are sturdy.

Being a first attempt at POSM in tier 3 markets, conceptual clarity was achieved, making it an experimental venture, giving insights and increasing the understanding. Brand classification was created and concrete visibility structure for single brands was developed, as well as combinations of multiple brands.
