The horse in the city

This film tells the tale of a story of ‘Tonga’ (cart) horse in the city. Being made to work relentlessly, day after day, without any reward, it is stuck to the circumstance of its fate and tries to survive the best it can. That is when it meets a human whose condition is very similar and realises it is not alone in its fate. It faces many conflicts from different situations and unable to connect with anyone, exhausted by the sheer drudgery of work, it breaks down in the end.

This film tries to compare the sub-human working conditions of a working class man with that of a workhorse. It attempts to depict the conflicts and problems faced by the individual and shows the interaction between the protagonist and the city.
