New Store Concept for Arttd'inox

The project was aimed at designing a new store concept a company manufacturing high-end lifestyle products in stainless steel, best known for its stainless steel kitchens. The company was looking at opening new stores at airports and wanted to reposition themselves as a ‘gift articles’ brand.

Stainless steel is widely considered durable and not an object of desire. The challenge was creating an ambience that complements the products, while reflecting the skill and craftsmanship involved in making each piece. The design was not site specific. It needed to be adaptable to various sites of varied sizes.

The design is a celebration of stainless steel through a sculptural central display unit. The unique display reflects the individuality and attention to detail seen in the products. The project was an attempt to translate the values and essence of a brand into a tangible spatial experience.
