The project was to be carried out at the headquarters of Airbus in Toulouse, France. The project aimed at the development of a module of the flight management application. The main research for this project was to explore and conceptualize the possibilities of dynamic data representation and apply the principles of ‘information and interaction design’ for visual display of various functions to better assist the pilots by minimizing the workload in performing routine as well as critical tasks. The objective of this project was to assist the pilots better by redesigning the communication and usage of information, using the proof of concept prototype as a foundation to be built upon.
