The project was for the FinIQ Financial Markets trading platform, being used by 15000 bankers in Singapore, Hong Kong, and other Asia Pacific countries. There were a lot of high end trading decisions, the project catered to ease and maintained necessary audits and controls. As part of the revamp, the platform made recommendations as well. These recommendations were presented in a context-sensitive and meaningful manner. They involved displaying news, charts for the underlying currency or security that the client was trading. One banker on an average operates on behalf of a few hundred high net worth clients; so client centric easy navigation and pro-activeness were of prime importance.
