Living Heritage Centre
The project’s aim was to create an effective strategy for creating an eco-system of services which would help and sustain the core product; the Living Heritage Centre (LHC) – a unique experiential park with interactive attractions and rides using state-of-art technologies like 270° panoramic screens, robotics, animatronics and 4D theatres; bringing alive hues of Indian culture.
Research areas indicated various industry factors like economic climate, consumer behaviour and trends in entertainment. Observation Research and focus group discussions were held to understand of the target audience better. The service design thinking approach was applied to identify relevant touch points and develop a strategy to revive the brand ‘Surabhi’.
The final outcome was a strategy framework to successfully launch LHC, like web portals, mobile applications and events; which offer assistance with intent to strike engagement, as well as restore connection with the rich heritage within their current lifestyle in an easy, accessible manner.
