Social media is the largest, richest, most dynamic evidence base for human behaviour, and brings new opportunities to understand groups, movement and society. There are a lot of ways that people use social media and it provides useful insight and information about people’s behaviour, mindset, reactions and needs. The main aim of this project was to identify a particular gap or opportunity in an industry where social media intelligence would help create a better user experience for users after studying their behaviour and need and designing that experience by creating a digital mechanism and designing the visuals for the same.
