The project centers on designing a range of storage solutions for Indian homes, which is relevant, functional and easy to make. It aimed at creating an experience for the consumers by introducing the Do-It-Yourself
(DIY) culture in the Indian context through a lifestyle product range.The final prototypes were organisers and storage solutions including a sewing kit, a medicine organiser, a desk organiser, a cosmetic organiser, an electronics organiser for the desk, a cupboard organiser and an organiser for the washroom area. The products were made of MDF and wood, thereby cost-efficient, environment friendly, light weight and easy for translocation and offered a new approach and scope for home storage solutions
