The project promoted retail sales at the Emporium by using various tools of marketing and design. The tools used comprised customer relation, branding, media promotion, visual merchandising and exhibition. Under customer relation building, a loyalty programme was formulated which was the major part of the project. It provided as a whole, a complete retail solution to the needs of the organisation. The key points kept in mind were maintaining the brand image and their ideologies. Since the project covered the tier 3 city of Ranchi, the background of the city, the brands present, the customers had to be kept in mind while devising any method.
