Synopsis
The project was a qualitative investigation into the experiences and observations which aimed to increase the footfall into the client’s wellness centre. The project started with a background study of the pharmaceutical industry followed by an in-depth understanding of Ayurveda and its industry profile.
The project was an outcome of the skills and knowledge in the area of human factors, design process and research methods together, to develop service and experience design ideas and plans for the wellness centre. The data, in terms of the product interaction with people, places and spaces in varied environments, was also recorded. Emphasis was placed on developing the customers’ sensibilities by effective promotions which called for a re-conceptualisation of meaningful evaluation and its relationship to long-term learning-centred goals.
