Synopsis
The objective of the project was to conceptualise, create and develop furniture and interior designs for the client’s private farmhouse. The project management started with the development of a variety of concepts to suit client’s practical needs and creative direction.
Initially a set of collages was presented with different design trends and languages depicting certain attributes for the same. The design boasted clean, unadorned interiors with the use of natural materials such as wood, stone, teak and linen. Furniture was kept raised off the floor allowing for an spacious feel and easy maintenance. Most walls were coloured white for the feel of wide spaces, while some were given hints of colour used in moderation to give it a retro feel.
