Synopsis
The project objective was to develop a business model for a start-up company to aggrandise their scope in the field of interactive installations.
Business models were developed for the company following in-depth primary and secondary research into the domain of new media, interactive installations and key business aspects. A holistic study of the environment in which the resources interact with different components was undertaken. Keeping in mind the hurdles and obstacles in terms of financial, physical and human resources, several strategic measures and guidelines for starting out with holographic projections and an interactive floor were mapped out for business expansion. The deliverables were in the form of templates, detailed yet simplified, designed for efficient information work flow.
