Synopsis
The aim of the project was to suggest strategies to come up with new colour selection tools and innovative ideas to help the consumers and colour consultants.
Strategic concepts were designed based on the study of the different ways in which the consumers could be targeted. Design research was carried out to identify various touch points and to propose guideline tools which reduce randomness, maximise colour combinations and incorporate interactivity. In furtherance, the study also suggested guidelines as to how the tool kits can work with the catalogue without requiring the consultants.
