Synopsis
This project aimed at creating a framework for global brands that are introduced into the Indian market. A thorough analysis of currently available knowledge and data about global consumers coupled with research that specifically addressed the trigger point(s) between global prototyping and localisation was carried out.
A framework with various design tools was developed for facilitating innovation in design and delivery of the brand. It aimed at maintaining consistency in the design language (brand logo, typefaces, colours) for both
the English and the local language; a unique arrangement of mannequins; strong store entry point along with a standard grid structure; and an eye-catching window display showcasing the maximum possible products at a time.
