Synopsis
The project involved redesigning an online live chat web application that helps contact call centre agents and leads to have conversation with visitors in the form of desktop chat. The design proffers more facilities and decision options such as assigning, accepting and conducting a chat. Removal of unnecessary features helped make the application time-efficient, clutter-free and more user-friendly. The final deliverables were the interactions, the wireframes of the interface, and the information design in terms of the features required.
