Synopsis
The aim of the project was to integrate fashion and social dimensions into the online shopping store to help in customer acquisition and retention and make it the go-to fashion destination for Indian shoppers.
The design strategies were grounded in an intense research process: customer behaviour and preferences, competitors’ sites, contextual inquiries and card sorting. The final design deliverables were created to give a real-world experience of window shopping to the customers through services like personalised messages, help in better decision-making, fashion tips and advice, dynamic panels etc. The design also proposed significant changes in the visual language of the existing site.
