Synopsis

An Electronic Medical Record system (EMR) is a solution designed to implement a paperless workflow at medical care centres by allowing access to the patients’ medical records in real time by managing all clinical, administrative and follow-up processes electronically. The objective behind developing this project was to build an EMR system for India, keeping in mind various stakeholders involved.

Design intervention aimed to augment system development in a step-wise manner through value addition. The final outcome was designed to be capable of presenting data in the form of analytics and to reduce patient waiting time and take minimum transitions to complete one single task.
