Synopsis
This research-intense project centred on designing innovative consumer experience demos to establish the superiority of the product and sensitise consumers about its claims with an aim to prompt an immediate buying impulse. The creative communicative experiences involved physical and non-physical interactions with the product including all aspects viz. functionality, efficiency, look and feel, packaging, advertisements etc.
The research involved collecting in-house information about its brand language, the product and existing competitors, conducting user study and analysing the triggers and loop holes – all of which led to key design directions. The final deliverables were made in terms of design opportunities and an idea bank to be executed in various forms of promotional activation.
