Synopsis
This project presented an opportunity to bridge the gap between the buyer and online furniture retailer. The objective was to explore new sustainable concepts of alternate physical retailing to maximise the impact of purchase from the online store thus building trust for the brand through a front-end human interface.
As the final outcome, a catalogue strategy for the company was developed. Furthermore an experiential space, completely dedicated to the experience of furniture without engaging in retail/sale, was designed. It works on the concept of a physical space, often in a high-traffic area such as airports, malls, etc., where one can have an in-person experience of the product.
