Synopsis
Newer larger conceptual formats needed to be developed for the existing retail chain of pharmacy stores for redistribution of stocked products. An intensive research into shopping patterns, medicine dispensing trends, pain points in pharmacy shopping preceded the design development.
Journey-mapping of a probable customer guided the physical design of various elements of a pharmacy store like the furniture, floor plans, signage and views. The final design showcased features like an aesthetically pleasing facade with an eye-catching window display; a layout with alphabetically arranged products within different medical sections; an engaging overview of the store which enables the customer to shop decisively and efficiently, etc. – all of which made for a functionally effective experiential space.
