Synopsis
This research-intensive, hypothetical design project was executed with an intention to study the various touch-points between a shopper, a possible service aggregator and a grocery retailer. Emphasis was placed on studying the current modes of interactive exchanges among the stakeholders and the experiential factors involving a purchase transaction.
The work was presented as a probable service delivery framework, which integrated the shoppers’ needs and the retailers’ offers via a marketplace service model built across the spectrum of digital experiences. The project also presented areas of potential design interventions within the cognitive process of a shoppers’ grocery purchase activity.
