Synopsis

With the growing trend of possessing mobile tools and assisting devices, it has become necessary for enterprise software systems to become highly mobile and user-friendly. With all stakeholders demanding access to information anywhere and anytime via their preferred mobile device, a design approach to provide real-time solutions to address this issue was the aim of this project.

Insights from the research were used to design directions that aimed at enabling Frontline Sales Executives to make faster, better and smoother decisions while building a better customer relationship. A wireframe was developed to highlight how these applications can offer an enhanced visibility of commissions earned by efficiently streamlining feedback from customers.
