Synopsis

The objective of the project was to define the identity of the brand, promote the concept of sustainable and ethical fashion, and take forward an age-old weaving technique.

The collection of sixteen saris drew inspiration from the rich and vibrant Chettinad heritage and culture, designed to suit the style and comfort of the modern, confident woman of today. Designed for the pre-festive and festive season, the collection explores the play of vibrant contrasting colours, traditional and contemporary patterns, and the striking yet detailed craftsmanship seen in the embellishments of the Chettinad mansions.
