Synopsis
This film was developed by drawing inspiration from families whose homes are blessed with the presence of grandparents. This story is about a family, facetious about tradition and culture, which has allowed the monotonous routine of life to morph them into automatons. They plod on, emitting in the process dark clouds from their mouths, a form of negative energy. The grandmother, the only one who is able to see this growing dark energy nullifies it with her invocations and ritualistic magic.
The use of classical animation, an interesting colour palette and play with lighting helped establish the desired mood of the film.
