Synopsis
The project aim was to deliver a prêt-à-porter collection of easy separates for the global traveller. The range of ensembles includes hand-block printed tunics, skirts, easy pants, and dresses emphasising on simplicity and
minimalism. Made for the Indian market the concept behind this collection was to highlight the nation’s cultural heritage through modern fashion.
The design for the garments drew inspiration from the graphic art of Orissa and Egypt. Also each garment can be worn as a separate or can be mixed and matched with the other pieces. The garments flaunted relaxed silhouettes that were made to fit all body types.
