Synopsis
This collection of home furnishing fabrics, targeted at the international market, was designed by combining the academic design process based on research and development, and the industrial process based on the market feedback and the customer requirements.
The forms, textures and colour palettes of the Gond tribal art became a thematic representation for the first collection of fabrics for curtains, upholstery, sheers and cushions. The second and third collection was based on themes such as surrealism and enchantment and the geometric patterns of ceramic art respectively.
