Synopsis

The film is an adaptation of a book based on certain memorable episodes of an oncologist’s professional life. Sumi, an eight-year-old girl dreams of joining a famed centre of performing arts to learn music. Fate delivers an ironic twist as that is when she is diagnosed with leukaemia. At the hospital, an inseparable bond forms between her and her oncologist. The film throws light on the contrasting realities of life.

The editing style was kept simple by complementing the light moments and slow conversations in the film. The use of slow track movements and avoiding quick cuts during conversations helped maintained the pace and mood of the film.
