Synopsis
This film is about a musician who idolises a famous musical prodigy, Chorus, and fashions his own musical style based on that of his idol’s compositions. After a life-altering event, he has an epiphany: independent of his idol’s influence on him, it was his own creative genius and passion for music which led him to be an exceptionally good musician.
This animation is quite unique in terms of style, method and approach and also a liberating one from the stereotypes of this medium. Human hands holding miniature props were shot; sometimes a hand was used as a character; hand movements were visualised as gestures of the character’s body and at times the body part itself was used as a landscape or a 3-D space.
