Synopsis
The objective of the project was to come up with a range of a hi-fashion ensemble as a part of the client’s fall collection for 2013. It was designed to be a mix of classic and contemporary styles to target a wider clientele.
The final outcome was an elaborately detailed Indo-western collection comprising of contemporary jackets, shirts, pants, skirts, and saris in natural fabrics like khadi, silk, and wool in the client’s signature colour palette. Strong silhouettes with military detailing and traditional motifs of parrots, peacocks and elephants were the salient features of the ensemble.
