Synopsis

The objective of this engineering-oriented project was to introduce an aesthetically and functionally sound product with a low fabrication cost in a market where most of the available products are frugal engineering solutions.

The outcome was the design of a fully automatic bus washing system. The system incorporated a closed loop feedback system to eliminate the need of an operation-oriented control panel. The motivation behind this design was to enable the same person who cleans the buses manually, to wash many more in the same time without the added worry of probable job cuts and the need to be techno-savvy.
