Synopsis

In a forest, innocent creatures (the protagonists) while going about their daily business encounter human interference with fatal consequences.

The aim of this project is to revive a campaign to raise awareness about the crucial link between forest life and human survival. These short Public Service Announcements (PSA) aim to evoke a sense of care and responsibility towards nature in the audience and convey a sense of urgency for the need to preserve the local flora and fauna in today’s scenario of a rapidly-spreading urbanisation. A mix of clay characters, watercolour backgrounds and layered cut-outs for the foliage lend dimensionality and a tactile experience to the films.
