Synopsis

Many searches for many stories later, an adapted screenplay was chosen and translated into this short thirteen-minute fiction film. It aimed at creating an extraordinary plot set in an ordinary and credible setting to reach out to an audience of all ages.

It depicts the anguish of an old man who needs to make frequent trips to the bathroom across the one-room flat consequently incurring the wrath of his ungrateful daughter-in-law who doesn’t want to be disturbed during her afternoon siestas. The central plot develops around one afternoon when finally the old man cannot control the urge to attend nature’s call and throwing caution to the winds rushes across the room regardless of his
daughter-in-law’s promiscuous afternoon ‘siesta’.
