The project aims at designing a museum of experience - a space for expressing philosophy, tales and history of a community, namely the Jains. The focus of the project is on representing the history of the Jain community and its evolution through various mediums and influences like art, architecture, literature and culture. The space was developed keeping in mind visitor requirements, experience, behaviour and interaction. The aim was to generate a sense of curiosity and exploration. The space was designed also keeping in mind dimensions, light and communication for optimum experience and learning receptivity. Representation of volumetric space was emphasized.
