The aim of this project is to show the conflict of emotions that one goes through while trying to keep one's personal and professional lives apart. It is an attempt to showcase a fictional story about the “Matsyakanya“ sculpture by renowned sculptor, Vinayak P. Karmarkar. The sculpture won the Bombay Art Society’s gold medal in 1928. The film tries to showcase an artist’s relationship with his muse. The story is set in the pre independent era, which gives a different paradigm to the story. The main objective of this project was to build a studio atmosphere on screen and to show the process of a particular art form, woven together with human emotion.
