During my six-month internship at Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, I undertook my graduation project alongside my professional responsibilities. For my project, the final brief is to design a semi-autonomous long-haul truck for Volvo Eicher, envisioning the future of trucking in 2035. This timeline was carefully chosen, allowing me to predict realistic advancements while exploring innovative technologies and futuristic materials. The project aimed to align with Volvo Eicher's brand values of safety, efficiency, and innovation, while addressing the evolving needs of the transportation sector. The project deliverables included designing the truck's exterior and interior, presented as 2D digital renderings and a detailed 3D CAD model. The design reflected the brand's emphasis on functional aesthetics, sustainability, and advanced technology, capturing its vision for the future of commercial vehicles. With the freedom to select my brief, I crafted a project that balanced creativity and feasibility, providing a futuristic yet practical solution for long-haul transportation.
