This project explores the use of Generative AI to enhance customer satisfaction within Samsung’s call centers by developing advanced Customer Management Software. The primary objective is to improve customer interactions by creating intuitive, efficient systems with powerful features. The project follows several phases: Research & Analysis, where secondary research and user studies at call centers inform the design; Stakeholder Engagement, involving feedback from call center agents, managers, and customers to pinpoint system pain points; and Concept Development, where Generative AI is used to streamline processes like troubleshooting and upgrades. The design focuses on a unified communication hub, replacing multiple apps to simplify workflows and improve customer experience. The user-centric interface ensures a smooth interaction for both agents and customers, reducing errors and boosting efficiency. The final concept includes an integrated UI/UX design for a dashboard with real-time analytics, aiming to create a scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solution to enhance customer support processes.
