The project attempts to develop a sustainable means of transport that caters to individual transportation. An electric vehicle that is energy efficient and compact enough to utilize the road space efficiently, countering the current state of urban transportation where only one user (the driver) commutes in a 4 wheeler. Consistent rise in usage of 4-wheelers & 2-wheelers leads to over occupancy of road space. Hence, there's a dire need for optimized personal space for transportation. There are substantial benefits of opting to autonomous drive technology, wherein this case, YAVA as a chauffeur, is the autonomous drive technology that does all the decision making as well as vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) interactions for organized public commuting, providing a seamless experience of being driven. The YAVA also aims to enrich user transport experience by focusing on emotions of its diverse users.
