Eightfold aims to improve its interview planning tools based on customer feedback seeking a simpler, more efficient experience. This project enhances the entire interview cycle—from generating resources to constructing and sharing interview plans. Multiple stakeholders, including recruiters, admins, hiring managers, and interviewers, play key roles in streamlining the process. Addressing these needs enhances user experience and drives adoption of Eightfold’s talent acquisition product.
The project focuses on three key areas: Interview Plan – Creating structured, position-specific plans that define interview rounds, interviewers, competencies, and feedback forms, with automated scheduling integration. Interviewer Management – Enabling recruiters and admins to tag and search for interviewers efficiently, improving scheduling through criteria like load balancing. Feedback Form Customisation – Allowing recruiters to modify requisition-level feedback forms by adding or removing questions and integrating focus areas from an admin library. An interview guide is also generated for consistency.
