"Enhancing Customer Satisfaction Using Generative AI" explores how Samsung used smart technology to elevate the customer experience through personalized interactions. As a UX designer, I started by analyzing customer data to understand their preferences and needs. I then leveraged Generative AI to deliver tailored suggestions and responses, making each interaction more relevant and engaging. The key was integrating this technology smoothly with existing systems while continuously improving the AI’s accuracy. The project also included defining its scope, developing a new plan, and ensuring the system worked effectively for both customers and call center agents. To measure success, we evaluated the impact on call center agents’ satisfaction, and the results were positive. The enhanced customer service experience made both agents and customers feel more connected and satisfied. Ultimately, the project demonstrated how Generative AI and a self-guided portal could significantly improve user satisfaction and simplify operations for customer service teams.
