In today’s retail landscape, customers expect a seamless, instant shopping experience, especially online. They want to quickly find products with accurate details such as price, size, and color, and receive them at their convenience. To meet these demands, businesses need to be agile and responsive. Site merchants play a key role but face challenges with current digital shelf management, relying on up to 20 fragmented backend tools for inventory management and product presentation. These tools require extensive manual input and provide limited actionable insights, resulting in inefficiencies and slow response times. This project aims to improve the digital shelf management process by focusing on user experience and tool integration. By leveraging Generative AI, the solution will streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance product presentation. This will allow for better inventory management and faster delivery, improving the overall customer experience. The project will optimize the digital shelf process, ensuring it meets evolving consumer demands while improving backend operations.
