This project aims to identify the business information needs of stakeholders like Guidance Counsellors, Health Coaches, and Doctors, then design intuitive dashboards to transform complex data into clear insights. These dashboards will streamline data management, enhance daily operations, and ultimately boost business value. With the growth of telehealth services, an efficient system for managing patient data is crucial. This project focuses on developing a user-centric dashboard for Amura Health to improve operational efficiency and business value. Through research methods such as user interviews, observations, and contextual inquiries, we identified the challenges faced by stakeholders. The design brief aimed to create a dynamic interface consolidating key data, enhancing task management, and providing visual insights. Proposed solutions include real-time data tracking, AI-driven conversational dashboards, and features to track client progress. The final design optimizes workflows and integrates seamlessly into daily operations, transforming the telehealth landscape for better user experience and business outcomes.
