This project aims to improve the transparency and granularity of order data within the Uber Eats Manager platform, benefiting both merchants and Uber Eats. Current fragmented systems limit real-time data access, leaving merchants with insufficient information about order issues, responsible parties, and payment outcomes, impacting trust in the payment management process. The goal is to enhance the merchant experience by applying a data-driven design approach, presenting order and payment data in a more transparent and user-friendly way. Research, stakeholder engagement, and clear objectives will focus on improving issue data clarity and resolution workflows. The project will deliver intuitive interface designs, with system integration, testing, and quality assurance ensuring smooth implementation. Training and documentation will follow, with iterative feedback and pilot testing driving continuous improvements. Success will be measured through key performance indicators, and the project will conclude with a comprehensive report and knowledge transfer for lasting improvements to merchant trust and experience.
