The project aims to address the challenges posed by the diverse population in India, where a one-size-fits-all approach is inadequate due to varying financial classes, spending capabilities, daily routines, living conditions, and geographic locations. The primary focus is to comprehensively study the EV market, understand all stakeholders, and identify key elements to develop innovative strategies for electric mobility in India. The objective is to analyze and map the ecosystem, providing insights into opportunities, product ideas, and competitive strategies. Three distinct solutions have been identified to cater to the diverse user groups in the country. Based on data and multiple iterations, blueprints for these solutions have been created, which can be referred to by industry professionals for the development of final products to address mobility challenges in India or similar countries. This project presents a comprehensive and data-driven approach to advancing electric mobility solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of India's diverse population.
